"I do not know if these are the views of Saint Exupery or Mermoz who gave me the desire to know the places where they had traveled, their image and feelings they described in their books ... But the need to join Brazil in flight on a microlight led me into one of the most dangerous adventures that I have been given to achieve "
In 1980 to better sailing, Guy feels the need to confront the scale upper air. He begins to fly gliders. In 1985, he passed his pilot's aircraft license. At the same time he enters in the world of ultralight building with the first hull amphibious existing on the market. It continues with flights to Africa for humanitarian relief missions. Then in 1991 on the Route of Mermoz he crossed the Atlantic non-stop on the ULM that he built himself. And today he designed and built the new hydro-ULM's dreams because he is still tormented by thirst to discover what lies behind the horizon.
